Why CrewSite

Built for how contractors actually work

You don’t need a marketing department. You need a site that makes the phone ring — without becoming a second job.

01

Live in 72 hours

Fill out one short form and we take it from there. Your site is built, reviewed by you, and live on your domain in three days — not three months of “we’re still working on the mockups.”

02

Unlimited edits

New crew photo? Price change? Storm-season promo? Email us what you want changed and it’s done by the next business day. No tickets, no hourly billing, no logging into anything.

03

Mobile-first, always

Your customers find contractors on their phones — usually standing in the driveway looking at the problem. Every CrewSite loads fast and makes “call now” one thumb-tap away.

04

You own everything

Your domain, your content, your photos — yours. Stay because the site earns its keep, not because you’re locked in. Leave anytime after 3 months and take it all with you.

05

Found by AI search

Homeowners now ask ChatGPT and Google AI who to hire — and the answers come from structured data most contractor sites don’t have. Every CrewSite ships with it, so machines can read, understand, and recommend your business.

06

Answers, not brochures

Google and AI assistants favor sites that answer real questions — what it costs, how long it takes, where you work. We write your pages that way from day one, so when someone asks, you’re the answer instead of the ad.

How it works

From signup to live site in four steps

Your total time investment: about 10 minutes. Seriously.

1

Pick a plan & subscribe

Core or Pro — checkout takes two minutes, no setup fee. Covered by our 14-day guarantee: don’t approve your preview, get every penny back. Not sure? Start with Core — upgrading later takes one email.

2

Fill out the intake form

Right after checkout you land on it — ten minutes: your services, service area, phone number, and a few photos of your work. Rough is fine — we’ll make it look good.

3

Preview in 72 hours

We send you a private link to your finished site. Tell us what to tweak — one full revision round is included before launch.

4

Live on your domain

We connect your domain (or register one in your name), flip the switch, and your site starts working. From then on, edits are one email away.

Already have a website? We rebuild it, migrate everything, and handle the domain switch — free, with zero downtime.

Pricing

Two plans. Flat rate. No surprises.

Both plans: $0 setup fee, 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Cancel anytime after that — and your domain goes with you.

Do the math

One extra job pays for the year.

A typical trade job runs $5,000 to $50,000. A full year of CrewSite runs $2,148. If your website lands you one job you would have missed — one roof, one garage floor, one repipe — it just paid for itself, with change.

Questions contractors actually ask

Who owns the domain and the website content?

You do. Full stop. The domain is registered in your name, and every word and photo on the site belongs to you. If you ever leave, we hand over your domain and a complete copy of your content. No hostage situations — we’ve heard the horror stories too.

What if I already have a website?

We rebuild it and migrate everything — free. Your content, photos, and domain come over, your old site stays up until the new one is ready, and the switch happens with zero downtime. Most rebuilds go live within the same 72-hour window.

What are the contract terms?

Simple: $0 setup, and a 14-day guarantee — if you don’t approve your preview, every payment is refunded in full. After launch there’s a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month; cancel anytime after that with 30 days’ notice — no cancellation fee, no “retention specialist” phone gauntlet. The minimum exists because building your site is real work we do up front; after that, we only keep your business by earning it.

What counts as an “edit”?

Anything to your existing pages: new photos, updated prices, service changes, seasonal promos, new testimonials, staff changes, hours — email it and it’s live by the next business day. Adding whole new pages or a redesign is a bigger job; we’ll quote those separately (and cheaply) before doing anything.

Do you do SEO and ads?

Local SEO basics — Google Business Profile, reviews, local search setup — are built into the Pro plan, and they’re what move the needle most for local trades. Paid ads management (Google Local Services, etc.) is a coming add-on; Pro customers get first crack when it launches.

Will AI tools like ChatGPT actually recommend my business?

Straight answer: nobody can guarantee a spot in an AI’s recommendation, and anyone who promises that is selling snake oil. What we do is make you eligible. AI assistants pull local recommendations from structured data, reviews, and Google Business Profiles — so every CrewSite ships with machine-readable schema built in, and the Pro plan manages the profile and review signals AI leans on most. The goal: when someone in your town asks who to hire, you’re the easiest contractor for both Google and AI to recommend.

How do I send you photos and updates?

However you already work. Email them, text them from the job site, or drop them in a shared folder we set up for you. Phone photos are fine — we crop, brighten, and place them so they look professional. No portal logins, no upload forms, no file-format lectures.
