Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

The short version

You pay a flat monthly fee; we build, host, and maintain your website. Fourteen-day full-refund guarantee, three-month minimum after that, then month-to-month. Your domain and content are yours. Treat us fairly and we’ll do the same — these terms just write that down.

1. The service

CrewSite provides website design, hosting, content updates, and (on the Pro plan) Google Business Profile management, review tools, and local SEO services, as described on crewsitehq.com at the time you sign up. We may improve the service over time; we won’t remove something you’re paying for without telling you first.

2. Plans, billing, and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown when you signed up (currently Core $179/mo, Pro $299/mo). No setup fee. Billing starts at checkout.
  • 14-day guarantee: if you don’t approve your site preview within 14 days of signup — for any reason — tell us and we’ll refund every payment in full and cancel the subscription. No forms, no fees, no hard feelings.
  • If we ever change plan pricing, existing customers get at least 60 days’ written notice, and you may cancel before the new rate takes effect (the 3-month minimum is waived in that case).
  • If a payment fails, we’ll tell you and retry. If it stays unpaid for 21 days, we may suspend the site until the balance is settled. We don’t delete anything for at least 90 days.

3. Term and cancellation

  • The initial term is 3 months from your site’s launch date. After that, service continues month-to-month.
  • After the initial term, either of us may cancel with 30 days’ written notice (email counts). No cancellation fee.
  • When you cancel, we transfer your domain to you (or confirm it’s already in your name) and provide a complete export of your site content within 14 days.

4. Your domain and your content

Your domain name is registered in your name, or transferred to your name if we register it for you. All content you provide — text, photos, logos — remains yours. Design work, code, and templates we create remain ours, but you receive a permanent license to the finished site content as exported. Translation: you leave with a working record of everything that was yours; you don’t leave with our internal tooling.

5. What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your business, and content you actually have the right to use (don’t send us another company’s photos).
  • Reasonably prompt responses during the build — the 72-hour build clock runs from when we receive your completed intake form.
  • Lawful use of your site. We won’t host anything illegal, deceptive, or infringing, and we may decline content that is.

6. Edits and turnaround

Unlimited content edits to existing pages are included; we complete them by the next business day in most cases. New pages, redesigns, and custom features are quoted separately before we do the work. “Next business day” means our business days — we’re humans, not a render farm.

7. Uptime and support

We host on enterprise-grade infrastructure and target better than 99.9% uptime, but we can’t promise the internet never hiccups. If your site is down because of us for more than 24 continuous hours in a month, we’ll credit that month’s fee on request.

8. No guarantees about results

We build sites that are designed to win work, and Pro includes local SEO basics — but nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, lead volume, or revenue, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Anyone who does guarantee those things is selling you something else.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

10. Termination by us

We may end service with 30 days’ notice if you materially breach these terms and don’t fix it after we point it out, or immediately for illegal use. Even then, your domain and content still leave with you per Section 4.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change; if you don’t, you may cancel without penalty.
